Activation support for National Waste Care Day 2021 is part of PT. Lintas Mediatama project. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry has designated 21 February as National Waste Care Day (HPSN). The date was the tragedy of the landslide. It was in the Leuwigajah Final Disposal Site (TPA), Cimahi City, West Java, on February 21, 2005.

The HPSN commemoration or activation event is also intended as a momentum to move people to care more about waste. In 2021, the HPSN commemoration has the main purpose. The purpose is to be a forum for strengthening the position of the waste management sector. It also as a driver for Indonesia’s economic growth. In addition, it becomes an embodiment of one of the principles of sustainable waste management. Namely, waste to resource through the implementation of a circular economy and waste becomes a source of energy.
