The elevator in the “Meeters and Greeters” hall is now a charming “Crystal Elevator”, which welcomes tourists with a new dynamic atmosphere. Its crystal facade opens to reveal unique digital content related to Hong Kong, travel and entertainment.

Featured digital multimedia content includes toy lift videos featuring much-loved cartoon characters created by local illustrators Din Dong, Bigsoil and Mandycat; stunning aerial views around the world from high in the clouds; fireflies illuminate flora in light, and more. The north and south “Waterfall Gardens” in the arrivals hall on the fifth floor combine the soothing sights and sounds of nature, featuring cascading waterfalls, crystal-clear ponds and birds flying overhead.
